A Rustic Honey’s Harvest Farm Wedding | Southern Maryland
Debbie and John tied the knot at the beautiful Honey’s Harvest Farm in Maryland on October 10, 2020 the most popular wedding date of the year. I had 4 different brides scheduled for this date but due to COVID, all those couples’ wedding day plans changed. That is the circumstance that found me available for Debbie and John’s wedding. I am so happy that fate is so serendipitous. I might not have ever met these two and I would have missed out on their beautiful wedding.
Now it’s pretty well known that one of the most stressful life events you will experience is buying a new house. I would also argue that planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic should make the list as well! So when I learned that Debbie and John were literally closing on their new house a few weeks before their big day, I was shocked! What big and amazing dreams these two have!
With all of these major life events going on at once I assumed I would be met by a very stressed out Debbie the morning of the wedding. But Debbie was as cool and stress free as a bride can be. She was just so excited to walk down the aisle and marry her best friend.
Nestled among Maryland’s Southern countryside, Debbie & John’s rustic barn wedding was so beautiful. Surrounded by friends and family, their ceremony was picturesque. One of the sweetest moments of the day was watching Debbie’s Brother walk her down the aisle to give her away. I’m not going to lie, as a momma of two myself, I was crying behind my camera during this sweet moment. Just thinking of my babies being this close someday hit home for me. After their sweet I DO’s, Debbie & John danced the night away, celebrating their first night as husband and wife!
Debbie and John thank you for sharing your special day with me. Congratulations to you both! I know your lives will be filled with laughter and love. Please enjoy some of my favorites from this stunning rustic Farm wedding.
